During my time at Mitchell Plastics I worked as a project engineer, directly under the project manager for the 2019 Toyota Rav4, where I helped manage the injection molding process for interior automotive parts by training workers, preparing materials, designing packaging, and validating assembly procedures.

I also helped identify & eliminate quality errors by creating and presenting solutions using CATIA to in-house tool shop.

Another important aspect of my job was to streamline machine trials and warehouse space management processes by automating the program summary using VBA

By the end of my co-op term I had learned about Product Launch, Plastic Manufacturing, and Management Skills.
